ABOUT KNAPP CONCRETE
A Lasting Legacy.
It all started in 1966 when Willis Knapp started his own masonry business in Morton, IL. Over time, the business grew and concrete was added to the list of services. In 1990, Willis retired from the business and Steve Knapp took over ownership of the company with John Ott joining as a managing partner in 1997.
A location change in 2014 brought the business more opportunities and expansion of services, including recycling concrete and asphalt, as well as onsite capabilities to crush materials. Steve’s sons joined the business the following year.
In 2019, Knapp Concrete applied for and became qualified with, the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). This opened the door for work on various road, sidewalk, and city projects throughout central Illinois.
Knapp Concrete continues its legacy of focusing on the customer first and supplying superior services and skills to a variety of projects.
